Discretion and your privacy are very important to us at Gerantis. That's why we never collect personal data without reason. When we do, we communicate transparently about what we do with it. You can read more about it in this document.
What data do we collect and why?
We do not collect your personal data when you simply visit our website. The information we measure about visits to our website is anonymised and used only in overall statistics. You can read more about this in our cookie policy
If you ask us a question, apply for a job or give us an assignment, we will collect, use and store some of your data:
First name, last name and address details. We need this to answer your questions or to know whom we are working with. We store the data in our customer database.
Company data. We need your company's details if we are to work together and we will keep them for as long as the cooperation lasts. We will keep this information unless you let us know that you no longer wish us to do so. At your request, we will delete your personal and company data unless we are legally obliged to keep certain information (e.g. our invoices, which we must keep and that contain your information).
Telephone number. We keep this information so we can contact you if you ask us a question, when we are working on an assignment for you, or in a job application process.
E-mail address. We use this for the same reasons. And perhaps to send you a newsletter if we think this is relevant. We will not overwhelm you with newsletters and understand if you prefer not to receive them. In that case, you can simply unsubscribe.
Bank account number. We receive this in the context of possible cooperation. We only store this number in our banking and accounting tools.
IP address. We do not know your address.
Information within the framework of a job application process. We will keep your contact details, CV and cover letter on file in case an interesting position becomes available. We will keep this data until you ask us to delete it.
We do everything we can to secure your data, both technically and organisationally.
Do we give other parties access to your data?
We never sell your data to others.
